As we arrived, Duncan picked up Lillian. Kevin could not be outdone and shocked everyone by picking Lillian up off the ground!!! He is our little muscle man!
Kevin had met some of his cousins on this side and met more of them today! Seamus is 5 and Georgia is 3. The three of them had fantastic playtime together.
Here the two boys were exploring the empty lot behind Uncle Gary's.
Kevin also had a lot of fun with his older cousins -- Natasha, Lillian, Duncan, and Liam! He went with the big kids strawberry picking.
Natasha was the photographer for me, thus we have no photos of her. :\
A young kid manned the welcome booth to collect money. He was busy playing video games and was oblivious to the Walsh gang and their strawberry fight! :-0
A gourmet BBQ was served by John and Jillian, James and Anna.
The boys had their private picnic.
Cousins Susan and Edward (on the right) joined us by dinner time.
The second cousin lineup: Kevin, Natasha, Liam, Lillian, Duncan, Georgia in the back, and Molly the dog.
Natasha was a junior bridesmaid in Karin and Steve's wedding. Lillian was the flowergirl.
Typical boys: they were drawn to the dirt mound like it was a magnet. And Georgia, apparently, is a tomboy, not a girly girl.
By the end of the day, the little kids had created a fort complete with flagpole on their dirt mound.
So happy to know about this special Walsh family gathering and glad you were able to be there. I kept expecting to see the pic of the entire clan!! =)
