Traveling Day
Grandma spent the day getting ready to leave and packing. The boy, who loves to play with water and water my plants, didn't want to water them. ??? We finally were ready to leave by late afternoon. Kevin found a climbable tree at our first stop in Niagara Falls, NY.
Our destination is a hotel in Jamestown, NY. We drove past the house (first floor apartment) in Gerry, NY, where we lived when Karin was born.
Dinner was at Bob Evan's. Kevin had his sundae all over his face!

I'm very familiar with the Bob Evans in Jamestown, NY. It was the favorite 'eating out' spot for my Aunt Esther and Uncle Ed during the years they lived at Heritage Village. There was a server named Mary that developed a very special relationship with them. Such simple and good things to explore for you and your boy...
